We offer the following Advertisements with an online payment option to place your AD in a highly visible spot:

A) Pay by credit card, on our Secured Payment Site, by making your AD selection below.

B) Advertising may be listed from 1 to 12 months. Simply choose the number of months by using the "Quantity" option on the payment page.

Advertisement Options:

1) $50.00 per month for a full page Ad linked from our "Home" page.  (Ad provided by you, but hosted by LPNAO)

         

2) $30.00 per month for a four line Classified Banner Ad, with your website link, and logo. (limit 30 characters per line)

3) $10.00 per month for a Link  from our website to your own website.

4) $10.00 (one time charge) to list school directly on the Licensed Practical Nurse Association of Ohio "Nursing Schools" page.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payments may be made with all major credit cards.
CANCELLATION: This Agreement may be canceled only by submitting a written and dated
request for cancellation to: Shasme’ Jones, at: shasme@hotmail.com.
All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 administrative fee. If request for cancellation is received
after ad has been posted on the LPNAO Web site. No refund will be granted.
EXTENDED SERVICES: When feasible, Client’s request for an extended listing will be
accommodated if payment is received one (1) week prior to expiration date of current AD. In the
event your company wishes to renew a current Ad, payments can be made using the options offered above.
PROVISIONS: The Client is responsible for providing accurate information on a separate sheet/email
to be listed on the LPNAO website. Any Logos or photos should be emailed to the LPNAO
contact person below. The LPNAO reserves the right to screen contents of advertisements for
appropriateness of material. In the unlikely event the posting of your Ad is delayed, liability is
limited to providing Client with full time of the original agreement starting from the actual date
the AD first appears on the LPNAO Web site.
